Competitions

The PH Gregory Offered Paper Competition was won by Mary Coates, Warwick HRI, University of Warwick, UK for a presentation entitled 'Searching for Avirulence Genes in Hyaloperonospora parasitica'
The John Colhoun Poster Competition was won by Stephen Thompson, States of Jersey Environment Department, Trinity, Jersey, Channel Islands, UK for his poster: 'Two quantitative assays to detect Rhizoctonia solani AG-3 in soil and their use in categorising risk levels to potato crops'.
