Registration is via Eventbrite - http://www.mbpp2019.eventbrite.co.uk/. Registration closes on 22nd February. No late registration will be possible. The fee is £100, with a reduced rate for students and post-docs of £80.
Abstracts can now be submitted for talks and posters. We strongly encourage submitting abstracts for oral presentations, although due to time constraints, we will prioritise 3rd and 4th years and early stage postdocs if we have more submissions than slots on the programme. Any talks which don't get selected will be automatically given a poster space.
Accommodation is not provided but there are many options available in the city. A coach will be provided from the JIC to the Football Stadium for dinner on Monday evening. Participants will need to make their own way to the JIC on Tuesday morning. Hotel options in the city centre and close to the John Innes Centre are listed in this attached PDF.
The John Innes Centre is c. 4 miles outside Norwich city centre. Buses run regularly from the train station and city centre to the University of East Anglia, which is a short walk (10 min) from JIC. Taxis are available from outside the station. Parking is available on the JIC site for visitors. Please ensure that you request a parking permit at reception when you arrive.
