The last two PPATH meetings have featured sessions on:
- Surveillance and Decision Support in Action (with AAB)
- Plant Colonisers manipulating plant organ development
- A site visit to Diamond Light
- Applied Plant Pathology in Agriculture (with AAB)
- Induced Resistance and Plant Health
- Artificial Intelligence Revolution in Plant Health
These were very well supported and we are keen to continue to host sessions/workshops on specific topics at our annual meetings. These sessions could focus on a particular technique, a specific plant group, a set of pathogens or any other aspect of plant pathology. The session could be in collaboration with other Learned Societies or other interested groups.
PPATH2026 will be held in Norwich from September 8th to the 11th.
If you would like to suggest a topic to be included at PPATH2026, and would be willing to organise and chair the session, then please describe the topic and suggest names of people you would like to hear speaking at the session/workshop.
For successful applications, the BSPP will support the session/workshop by organising the venue, registration, catering, poster boards and by financing the attendance of the key organiser and an invited speaker.
